Sunday Afternoon Delight

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_single_image image=”2120″ img_link_target=”_self” img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]來米蘭將近三年半了，每逢假日我就煩，因為這也關那也關，除了Zara、H&M和其它聯鎖店有開門的可能外，放假的米蘭就像死城一般，連發呆都能發到無聊。這天出門時我又像無頭蒼蠅一般，花了大概20分鐘跟Eliana周旋要去哪好，一直到我低頭看見裙子上的葉菜（我真覺得他們是菜類），才決定還是去個花花草草的地方，如此這般，我們便往朋友跟口中的花園餐廳前進，好在餐廳假日也開門。

我滿心歡喜的想著即將迎接大叢大叢的花朵，肯定能拍出美麗的照片時，才發現，這不是花園餐廳好嗎，是生機農場餐廳！而且我多年來的疑惑之：義大利人放假都去哪？總算得到了解答，原來是全都跑來菜園吃飯聚會，種菜兼打屁，一待就是一整個下午。有機飲食(BIO)近年來在歐洲蔚為風潮，被稱為“時尚的食物”，第一次去巴黎時朋友還特別帶我到時下最熱門的”Na Na Tsu” 有機餐廳吃飯，以日式小餐盒盛裝健康蔬食的餐廳擠滿了人，要價也不菲，好不好吃呢只能說我吃到了很多蔬菜原始的鮮甜，但吃不吃得飽呢可能就是我不夠時尚胃不夠小了，哈哈。

吃歸吃吧，沒想到義大利人居然對種也這麼感興趣，闔家耕種的、前來探望作物的人們，擠滿了整個菜田。我向來不是太愛這些親近大自然又健康的活動（我想在場的人應該也很唾棄我怎做如此打扮，但冤枉啊，誰知道這裡是菜田而不是花園呢），不過當一位穿戴優雅的女士突然像我走來，問道：“要不要來參觀我的香料園？”時，菜田瞬間夢幻起來，好像遇見童話中的神仙教母一般。我想起我老媽，時常打扮得漂漂亮亮開著她珍珠白的轎車到深山裡，種她的花除她的草，或許哪天有人遇到她，會以為自己是遇到仙女也說不定。

在半被騙來生機飲食餐廳的情況下，一頓全素的午餐自然是逃不掉了，這讓無肉不歡的我腳步有些沉重，花錢吃草，這怎麼行！好在，我點的薏仁沙拉裡添了些辣粉，辛辣得讓人越吃越爽口，烤過的有機蔬菜配上青醬，濃郁的羅勒帶出蔬菜的清甜，偶爾吃上這樣一頓全素餐，似乎讓人身心都輕盈愉悅。不過下次我不要週日來了，整間餐廳高朋滿座，義式服務的態度和時間已經足夠我吃兩頓飯了。

p.s這間不是素食餐廳，是等到我能點餐時廚房已經關了，只剩些全素的小食能吃，我後來又去吃了一次有肉的正餐，發現這些小食其實更有特色，更好吃！

I’m here in Milan for about 3 and a half years, I always have this question: Where does Milanese go on Sunday? Because there’s nothing open other than Zara or H&M. Last Sunday I was super confused again, so I decided to go to a Garden Restaurant that my friend told me, according to the pattern of my skirt.

However, I found it soon as I arrived that it’s not a garden, it’s an Organic Farm! I knew that BIO cuisine has became super popular in Europe these years, but I never knew that they like to plant it themselves too! There were a lot of people dressing well there just to see their plants, which made me think of my mom, who always dressed well and drives into the mountain to plant her flowers and grass. If someone met her there probably will take her as the fairy god mother in the tales.

What’s more, apparently all the people in the city were here, was so Crowded!!!!!

And of course I had a vegetarian meal there. It’s not that they don’t serve meat, it’s because the kitchen has already closed so I can only get some tiny food from bar. I have to say, it’s better than I thought! As a meat lover I do love this orzo salad and grilled mix vege, felt so delight after having them, both body and heart. Maybe I’ll try more vegan food in the future:)
